Having the file folders and color ink to create board games for them to work with will allow multiple students to engage in a variety of activities. My students learn in a variety of ways and playing games is one of their favorite activities. Children learn through play and this allows them to establish a foundation for their transition to Kindergarten and beyond. Many students will enjoy the sorting, counting and pre-writing games that this project will allow me to develop. The book tape will allow me to repair the folders as they are used without having to create new ones.
