Utilizing these chair back pockets will help my students be more organized with their learning materials. They will be able to keep learning folders, journals, writing utensils and most importantly, reading materials close to them. The close proximity will allow less transition time in class and preserve instructional time. Examples of these chair pockets being used for organization are as follows: if a student completes their individual class work before the majority of the class, they can reach behind them and them and work in their extension folders, grab some writing they need to finish or revise, or grab that book that they are dying to finish!
