A listening center that is rich in literature and comfort will make a huge impact on our youngest students. My students have books with cds, but do not have a means to sit and listen to them. They have asked me everyday for a way to listen to them. Having a comfy couch, CD player, and headphones provided will open a new world of learning to my little ones. Some students have never heard a story read to them before coming to school. We will be able to teach each child how to use this technology properly that way it will benefit all students that come through our classroom in the future.
