I currently have 2 chromebooks in my classroom, and have to borrow from other teachers. My students spend 45 minutes to an hour a day on Lexia (reading intervention program). I would love to be able to have a class set of chromebooks in the next few months. My students will come in everyday and log onto their Lexia accounts. This program allows them to take a placement test first and places them individually on where they need to be. We are SO excited to have this new program at our school, and I want to see my students GROW tremendously by May! I am striving to have each one of my students reading on grade level, or at least close to it by the end of the school year!! These chromebooks will allow each student to have their own while they are in my room, and help them grow as a reader!!
