We were very excited to add an additional choir class this year. We now have an introductory choir for younger students and a Concert Choir for those with more experience. This allows us to have a progressive curriculum that meets the needs of more students. But with this growth, we have had to move out of the instrumental music room where we had plenty of music stands and ergonomic chairs. We are now in a room where the chairs do not encourage good singing posture. Music chairs are an essential basic for a choral music classroom. Chairs that encourage good posture lead to better breathing and better singing. With these new chairs, we can start creating our own choral classroom that will serve many students for years to come.
