Thank you for considering my small project. I want to read more books to children, and what a perfect time to incorporate songs and music that goes with the theme. I hope to put together a unit featuring "Commotion in the Ocean" using a stretchy band for our ocean movement and accompany ourselves by the steel drum. Everyone is included in the stretchy-band teamwork game! Students also explore movement and poses using skeleton bendy toys and the book, "Room on the Broom." All will love the rhymes in the book, "Sing and Dance in Your Polkadot Pants."
