Bouncy Bands help reduce anxiety and improve student focus. If funded, the bands will be on every student desk in my fifth grade classroom, providing relief and an energy outlet for 100+ students each day as we rotate for different subjects. Please help me provide the best environment possible for my fifth graders to meet the rigorous learning demands of today! Research has made great gains in our understanding of how the brain works and factors that contribute to learning. Activity and a sense of well being are two critical factors required to keep the brain alert and ready to learn. Bouncy bands are one tool that can help support creating that environmental condition.
