Our Media Center is a location in the school that all students visit on a weekly basis. They indulge in library lessons including research projects, reference material usage, and library skills. Students want to create an area in the Media Center just to indulge in their favorite books throughout the day. The benefits of having a reading nook would help them to become lifelong readers. These tables will make an impact on my students as readers and help them have more independent learning time. Reading is so important in middle school, and I want to give them every opportunity to succeed as strong and independent learners.

About my class
