My intent is for an iPad to be used by students during literacy and math centers. The students could use the iPad independently or with a partner to focus on skills at their level. For reading, they could practice sight words, weekly skills, and listen to reading using Apps. The students could play math games from our series, Envision, to reinforce the lessons. The possibilities would be endless and I know the kids would benefit from more technology! An iPad would be used daily by many students. They would enjoy using it and I would be thrilled to know that they are engaged in beneficial activities when I'm not working with them in a small group.

About my class
