Your grant approval will allow us to provide our students with Spanish fiction books to challenge their skills, ideas, and be able to engage more actively during our fiction and historical fiction units. Our students will use these texts during our whole class read out loud sessions, small book clubs and during independent reading. While continuing their love for reading, they will be able to practice skills such as finding character traits, identifying a theme, analyzing author's crafts and other reading skills. Your donation will help to further improve our reading project and motivate our students to push themselves to achieve a higher reading level and become stronger readers. This grant will impact the students' lives, helping them to feel success, and will empower them to achieve their future goals.
