Every day in class we are exploring the reasons why our world is the way it is while trying to improve our English. This can be greatly aided by technology. Chromebooks will allow different groups to be researching different topics for discussion and debate. We currently have the students use their own technology (if they happen to have it) to do research, and it has proven to be rather ineffective and inefficient. Having Chromebooks will allow us to do a better job in teaching the students what reliable sources are, how to find answers to your questions, and to be on course with their peers from wealthier schools.
