My classes are often working in collaboration with one another. It is important to help students become 21st century learners - to help students gain the necessary skills to succeed in college, career and in life. Using desks and chairs with wheels, students have the opportunity to move to and from innovative and collaborative work spaces within the classroom. It will allow me as the teacher to teach and develop collaborative skills and group work which is vital in today's college and career world. Student's will demonstrate the ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse teams, and show flexibility and willingness to be a part of the team and assume shared responsibility for the collaborative work.
