The dry erase paddles, stapler and dry erase markers will help tremendously! I plan on using the dry erase paddles to keep students engaged in the learning process. For instance, we will use the paddles with the markers to do checks for understanding. This will be a fun way to see if my students are understanding the material that they are learning. This will also help keep my students accountable as they work with partners. All students will be required to have an answer written on their dry erase paddles and I can easily see which students understand the material and who is struggling. These are basic supplies that I can tell are lacking in my classroom. These materials will keep all students engaged in their learning. As a first year teacher who moved across the country, it is difficult to make this necessary purchase. Thank you so much!!!
