Students receiving special education services are often provided with small group instruction in a separate location within the classroom. The ability to provide my students with visual and kinesthetic learning approaches during small group instruction can make all the difference. By providing students with individual Kindle Fire tablets they will be able to view eBooks that they can listen to while viewing visual supports. Also, students will have access to educational videos that will help increase their understanding of a wide range of topics. They will also be able to use virtual math manipulatives, as well as other math apps to increase their problem solving abilities. The addition of individual tablets will also help meet the needs of kinesthetic learners by providing them with a more interactive approach to learning.
