I teach an eager class of kindergartners who learn best by active, hands-on exploration. It is often stated that children learn through a sense of wonder and I am fortunate to see this in my students every day. Being a Title I elementary, with more than half of our students receiving free or reduced breakfast and lunch, it is especially meaningful when we can provide life experiences that many do not have access too.
