My students will be developing their listening skills in a fun and engaging manner. They will learn to track words from left to right as they follow along with the story's narration. They will develop a strong literacy base as they enjoy various types of literature. My students will have the opportunity to hear stories being read to them with expression and enthusiasm from a listening center. They will learn about the world through non-fiction stories and be inspired with tales both old and new! They will also enjoy hearing the sound effects and musical accompaniment that makes experiencing audio story telling so memorable!
