Students at our school have come to us from a variety of elementary school experiences and are experiencing a variety of academic struggles. We will use these materials to address these academic struggles. The Bird & Squirrel graphic novels will be used in small group guided reading groups. They will provide a multi-sensory experience for our students to comprehend character traits and story structure. The Building Bricks and K'Nex will be used in math and science to encourage creative problem solving while working as a team. These materials will bring our classrooms to life and allow teachers to create hands on learning experiences for their students!

About my class
