It is hard for children to learn on empty stomachs, yet we restrict their access to food during school. I can provide in-class snacks to keep students focused. Additionally, I will be able to offer wobble cushions to students as a flexible seating option. This can help to increase the seat time of those students who struggle to stay still. For students who need extra support to focus on reading, I will be able to offer reading rulers to keep them on track, while noise canceling headphones offer the opportunity to cancel out noisy classrooms during independent work time.

About my class
