Seating options will allow students to increase their focus instructional time. Students who thrive on physical movement and have difficulty staying focused will benefit from the ability to move as they learn. Benefits of wobble stools also include improved posture and a healthy lifestyle. As we work to incorporate a wide range of seating options in my classroom, students reap the many benefits of flexible seating and become more motivated. Students will be able to use wobble stools as part of a flexible seating option, teaching students to self regulate and allowing for movement to become a part of their learning.
