These items will build on skills and concepts in STEM. We can develop the children's STEM skills through play and exploration. From birth, children are curious, we will build on that natural curiosity by developing interest in STEM materials and activities. My student love to build and create in all areas of the classroom. The "Magna-Tiles" will teach spatial relationships, math, logic and problem solving skills through creative building. "Engineer-A-Coaster" is another interesting way to help my children in making something that works through trial and error, students learn how positioning the track will affect the rolling of the ball to reach the bottom. My students will experiment the effects of water flow through gravity as they create endless waterways with "Build a Waterway". My student already have shown an astonishing interest in learning through hands-on activities. These materials are ways to promote young children's natural abilities as scientists and engineers as they grow stronger in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. (STEM)
