the majority of my students are reading below a 3rd grade reading level. I am asking for the flexible seating options to set up an environment in my classroom where the students will enjoy reading and working independently or in small groups, while improving their reading skills. The large bean bags, seats and pillows will give the students comfortable seating options while reading and working independently. The Hot Dots are a popular and fun way for the students to practice their decoding phonics skills, grammar, spelling, and main ideas/parts of a story. These skills will help the students improve in literacy, which will also help them become better readers, better spellers, and better writers.
