If my project is funded, I will be able to use chrome books to help my students explore alternative avenues to their learning. They will have opportunity to challenge their thinking. This will also allow children's learning styles to shine and have a solid handle on the technology world. With our population of kids, so many of them have limited opportunity to really know how to use technology to enhance their learning. I would use chrome books to provide fun, creative and meaningful learning in the classroom. My students have been using old computers that are not reliable, slow and very outdated. To me, this is doing them a disservice in their learning. I am asking for 20 chrome books for my students. If we a educators want our students to excel in their learning and to know what is out there as learned through technology, then we need the means to do so. I owe it to my kids to equip them with the proper tools that will help them be successful now and later on in the future.
