I offer my students the opportunity to engage in self selected activities during station time. Because this is a large part of our day, I'm needing to integrate items that will keep them focused, keep them thinking, and offer real-world opportunities. Osmo Kits are the perfect solution and will leave my students wanting more! These items will provide students with a plethora of experiences. We will use our Osmos daily to build mathematical skills (money, fractions, shape attributes); phonics skills (building and manipulating words); coding skill; and familiarity with technology. The students will have to collaborate and plan with one another in order to succeed with Osmo games. With a wider variety of games, students will be able to self select activities that meet their interests, thus allowing them to be more productive. Theses are all skills needed outside of the classroom! We are growing real-world thinkers in our classroom, and Osmos would certainly make the job more engaging. Your donations are appreciated. Thank you for helping our classroom be a hands-on and exciting environment!
