Utilizing these laptops will facilitate instruction, and promote more hands on technology in the classroom. Students can complete more assignments, projects, and assessments that would be difficult to complete at home. Many of these students do not have a computer or internet at home. The donations for this project will enhance the learning environment and provide the opportunity for students of lower economic status to utilize current technology. Having the technology available in the classroom will make instruction more diverse and it will give other forms of information available to ELL students. Online programs such as coding and interactive science experiments are a few of the programs that each student can utilize in the classroom. Since each class can consists of more than 20 students, purchasing as many laptops and Chromebooks as possible will highly benefit those students in greater need.
