This iPad will be an amazing addition to our reading time. In my classroom I have a limited amount of computers and the ones I do have are very old. My students are constantly asking for time on the three big desktops in my classroom and having a new iPad will help this situation. I have also started using task cards for reading and math and I need a quick way to scan them for correct answers. Also I have just learned of a new way of doing interactive journals on a computer program called See-Saw. This program will allow me to post picture prompts and then have students respond on the iPad. I would love to have an area in my classroom for this station.
