I currently have two pairs of fatal vision goggles for 32 students per class. Each semester my students say the field sobriety testing lab was their favorite and most memorable part of the class. Some of the activities my students have to do while wearing the impairment goggles include; walking the line, standing on one foot to balance while counting and entering a text message into their phones to ask for a ride home. I would love to give them more hands on experience and less wait time. Hearing teens say "I am never going to drink" after wearing the goggles is music to this health teachers ears! By donating to our project, you will help me prevent drug and alcohol use in a high risk community.
