The student body at my school is ethnically diverse, with over 40 countries of origin represented. Most of the parents at our school are very involved and push their children to succeed. However, we have a very high percentage of students who receive free or reduced price lunch. Our school offers many AP courses and has a reputation as being a challenging school. Physics courses are challenging and students are much more successful when they have hands-on experiences. This is my first year at this school and I am working to get the supplies to lead students to success.
