There are many resources students need to have their best chance at being successful. As a first year teacher, many of these resources have not yet found a home in my classroom. The STEM materials will provide students with the opportunity to see the beautiful creativity that lies in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics exploration. The math manipulatives will allow my students to develop stronger, conceptual understandings of various topics we study throughout the year. My students love challenging themselves to become more powerful readers. Filling my classroom with rich literature, that will both inspire and challenge them, will greatly contribute to them becoming the powerful reader they hope to become.

About my class
