I teach in a public school special education program for 18-21 year old students. These students are learning transition skills to help them move towards a successful adulthood. I case manage students with physical and health disabilities, and I teach reading skills to all levels of readers. Our school does not have a parent organization to raise funds for extra materials and equipment. We are an inner city program and the majority of our students are low income. Thank you for considering our project!
