We are a Title I school with a large English Language Learner (ENL) population and returning back to in person learning. Students struggled with remote learning and they are returning back to the classroom with mixed feelings. As an educator, it is part of my job to ensure that they not only learn but they take part in their education and are fully engaged. I am eager to light the spark in my students eyes by providing students engaging colorful worksheets and culturally responsive materials that I can print out on a color printer. These materials are especially beneficial for my ENL students as colorful materials and images would support and improve their learning. In addition, it will improve their understanding of subject materials and therefore enhance their engagement. This is especially crucial since students were impacted during remote learning the past year and a half. I am reaching out to you to ensure that we can continue to provide students with the education that they deserve. These materials will support students by providing engaging materials and also culturally relevant connections.
