These National Geographic reader books will be well read by students who have a high interest in science and animals in particular. Interest will lead to practice, which will hopefully improve student fluency and motivation to read. Students will read the books selected several times and then take an accelerated reader quiz to find out how much they learned. I have other National Geographic books in my bookshelf, and the kids love them. My goal would is to get books for anyone from Kindergarten to Fifth grade because I have an accelerated reading group that goes through several books a week. Thanks so much for helping us!
