My 5th grade students this year are very excited to learn science in a student led learning classroom/lab environment. They are embracing this concept with open arms and minds. Every student has come on board with this learning concept and are eager to enter our lab each day. As their science teacher, I need to find innovative methods to keep my students motivated and focused on learning, by having them investigating and experimenting in all areas of science. My students would be exposed to a greater number of hands-on experiences if we had STEM kits in place daily in our labs.

About my class
