I am requesting a listening center and various materials that my Pre-K/Head Start students can use with the listening center. This is will be one of the free choice centers offered daily. The students will be introduced to a diverse genre of music, in hopes that it will enrich their appreciation for all types of music. The students will also have the option to listen to stories or books on the listening center to promote literacy. I would like the opportunity to show them that there are numerous ways to look at and read a book, while they are just beginning to learn pre-reading skills.

About my class
