My swimmers need an underwater video camera and tablet to improve their technique! Coaches will tape students weekly as they are practicing drills, diving, sprints and turns. Then we will review videos on Friday mornings together pairing JV and varsity swimmers. They will give each other positive feedback and constructive criticism to help one another improve. Any technology that is coupled with a pool is always tricky but will help us not only get faster but be able to accept feedback from peers. Again, thank you for taking the time to read up and support our program for the 2017-2018 school year and years to come.
