My 4th grade students are awesome. They always try their best. Most of my students live in a rural area. This is a compass rose glyph that each student completed according to their likes and dislikes. Typically, everything I do in social studies is captured from the internet and copied. We have one social studies book that is quite old. It is about the regions of the United states. It doesn't have information about map skills, the globe, latitude and longitude, continents, landforms, and oceans. That is why there is a need to supplement the current book we use.
