These materials will help students complete their college and career project. My campus is limited on resources and technology. Many of my students do not have access to internet at home to do their own research. So the Amazon Fire Tablets will allow student to do their research inside of the classroom. The computer labs and library are always booked and time is limited if allowed access. So with this technology, not only can students do research, but they can present their finding in various creative ways in the classroom. I want to eliminate any excuse for a student to not be successful. As a teacher my job is to get them to reach their successful place no matter what. These materials will assist in my job in making sure that all students have a equal chance in getting their projects done and reaching their success now and in the future. The markers, flip charts and report covers will ensure that the students present their projects in a professional manner. I want to teach my students skills like public speaking and presenting in front of an audience. This will help them grow confidence and give them practice for their future college or career. The file folders will help the students keep all their research in one place and organized. These materials will ensure that each student produces a great project and presentation. As well as learn the tools and skills needed to be successful in their future.
