All students deserve and opportunity to learn in a comfortable environment. These plastic chairs aren't always the best. My classroom includes students with learning disabilities, behavior disabilities as well as several students with autism. This disabilities often make it hard for student to sit for extended periods of time. I love that they would have the option to sit with their peers and when they feel the need to move or stand they can just do it right where they are. They would be able to use this desk topper, stand and do everything else that the other children are doing. It is wide enough and tough enough to handle books, paper and anything else they need.
