I would love to get enough copies of this novel to send to my students who are learning virtually at home. This way, they are able to read along with us at school and participate in the discussions via Google Meet. It is most beneficial for them to have their own copy as they can underline, highlight, and mark up the text to help them better understand the text and come prepare to discuss the novel. This is a novel that is very relevant to what is happening in the world today with race relations and our culture. I want to give my students an opportunity to discuss these topics in a safe environment.
