Technology has been described as a "force multiplier" in a classroom. The use of proven digital tools can have an exponential and lasting, impact on learning. Unfortunately, the students in my classroom have limited access to technology throughout the school day. Tablets in our classroom mean students have more opportunities to improve their math and reading skills, while being exposed to technology that is essential for 21st century learners. The Kindle Fire tablets will allow my student to practice math and problem solving skills in a highly engaging way! They can't wait to begin but we need your help! Once we get the donation of tablets and a charging station, they will be exposed to the digital world and top of the line educational tools. We plan to use the tablets for Reflex Math, Moby Max, Read A-Z, for science exploration and research, and to enrich our small group instruction.
