The video production team at Phillips Preparatory School creates the morning broadcast, in addition to participating in several other projects with an emphasis of digital literacy and technology. Photography and video projects (commercials, PSAs, and short films) are also an exciting part of their curriculum. The end of the year project is creating a submission for the local film festival. Our morning news program "Pirates Unplugged" brings the news and announcements to our students and faculty. The students pre-record daily (these products would allow them to go live!). In addition, the students create segments to educate and entertain the students. Currently the students are working on an "About Me" video and will soon be working on learning about photography angles and compositions. Help them make these projects possible!
