Headphones will greatly support my students so that they can focus on their own reading and math programs on their laptops and block out other noises coming from other laptops near them. Students have access to several educational programs, but without headphones, noise from laptops around them become a real issue. Students will build on their literacy skills using Achieve 3000 or Reading Eggs. English Language Learners will learn more English using Imagine Learning. All of my students will be improving their math skills by using Math Prodigy and Xtra Math. My students love technology but have not been able to take advantage of the laptops without headphones.
