This project literally brings the outdoors inside the classroom. The tank and all the necessary accessories will make the project possible. Many students have never been to the mountains or even seen a stream running. This project supported by the Department of Fish and Wildlife allows the children to observe first hand the life cycle of the trout. The eggs arrive and the observation and learning begin. After spending 6 weeks in the classroom the students are given the opportunity to go to a nearby approved location to release their trout into their natural habitat. An experience they will truly never forget!
