We will use the document camera throughout the day, across content areas. I would like students to have the ability to demonstrate the work they have done and work in real time on paper and pencil, but display it on our smart board. The document camera will also enable us to take our workbooks and digitalize and display them so that all can see. Myself and the students will use the document camera so many ways. Students will use it to demonstrate their thinking in math and show their writing work to the whole class. As a teacher I will be able to take leveled texts (which are small books) and display them, so that we can learn reading strategies with the books, as a whole class.
