My students are eager first graders, and our classroom is their first in-school experience since the pandemic. They are part of a rural Title I school with the majority qualifying for free or reduced-price lunch. There are English As A Second Language Learners in the classroom. Several students have IEP's/504 for academic or medical reasons. Our classroom currently has 18 students.
