My students will be using these headphones on a daily basis. The school district gave them individual ChromeBooks to enhance learning and help them be successful in the technology world. I use them on a daily basis with the students to improve reading skills, math fluency and explore deeper into Social Studies and Science. Many of my students are at a lower reading level so they need the story read to them in order to get the full experience. This requires the use of headphones to be able to focus on the story without distracting other students nearby. Most of the parents for my class are unable to afford headphones for their child. Providing headphones for my students would help them improve their listening comprehension skills. By improving that set of skills, they are on their way to becoming more fluent readers!
