My students need workbooks that they can hold and turn pages. Almost all of the work they do in school is from worksheets made from a copier machine. They don't have books that they can hold. The donations from this project will cut down the amount of paper we use and print and will help them learn to turn and flip pages. My students love having books that belong to them, that they can write their name on, keep in their desk and take home. I think this would be a fun way to teach them responsibility and prepare them for 3rd grade.
