In kindergarten writing skill development is an important part of our curriculum. As a first year teacher I want to be able to provide my students will all of the needed supplies to enhance and develop these writing skills. With our writing centers table, four students will be able to work independently and as a group with writing lessons and practice activities. The alphabet stamps will provide the students with a fun and exciting way to built words and develop their sense of spelling. As they learn more words and sounds they will be able to use the stamps to build longer words and then form sentences with punctuation. The ink pads will also work on the kindergarteners colors, being able to make different patterns with words using the different colors. The wiki sticks are a fun way for the kids to work on their fine motor skills as well as their letter forming. They can take the wax like yarn and build letters and words while learning how to work with their hands. With these needed supplies my kids will be able to enhance their writing skills and have fun will they are learning!
