The Boogie Boards will be used to record word work, practice spelling patterns and encourage fluency of addition and subtraction work. Using Boogie Boards will motivate our students by allowing them to do their work in a different way without paper or pencil. Many of our second language learners are just beginning to use different kinds of technology. We are constantly looking for different methods and materials to help keep them motivated and on task. I envision using these boards in class as a fun way of showing and reinforcing skills. The children will be able to record, erase and review skills to reinforce academics in a fun and appealing way!.
