My kindergarten students work at my guided reading table throughout their school day. They often do not want to sit in the heavy larger size chairs I have at my table and would greatly benefit from being able to move around a little while working with me. They have a difficult time moving the bigger chairs and having a smaller wobble chair will help them at the guided reading table. Movement is a great motivator for learning. With the use of flexible seating using the wobble chair, my students will be able to get the movement they are seeking while continuing their learning.
