I work at the first charter school in a South Carolina district where the school's free/reduced lunch is 79%. Our charter is designed for smaller student to teacher ratio, so students can receive individualized attention. While our staff is passionate about providing quality learning, unfortunately our budget is strapped. In fact, I didn't receive any resources for materials this school year. My students are always eager to learn the science behind leading a healthy lifestyle. Having more resources and supplies that can make the content come alive can truly engage and prepare students for their future. These Digital Citizens are ready to learn all operating systems!
